After a picture of the towel rack being awarded the best player of the game appeared on social media, the Dundalk Club quickly became popular.
Glenmuir United player Eamon Kenny received the towel rack as a photo of the day’s best performance award after the game.
Reports on social media stated that Eamon “showed incredible performance” and “scored from the middle.”
This image was originally a few years ago, but it appeared on the Twitter account @WorstPrizesEver on Wednesday, and they posted photos of what they thought was the most bizarre award.
Surprisingly, this is not the first time bathroom appliances have been rewarded in Glenmuir.
Just after Eamonn’s prizes became popular online, the club distributed two bathroom-related items.
When the two sides met this season, Gary Neville might have been insisted for giving Mohamed Salah and City star Phil Foden a joint best player award, but Glenn Muir performed the best.
